Clow Canada recently had the opportunity to host a group of local job seekers who completed a training project with WorkingNB. As part of their journey to explore local industries, these motivated individuals toured the facility, learning about the manufacturing processes and the rewarding career opportunities available in the industrial sector.

In 2023, Canadian Manufacturers & Exporters (CM&E) reported that the manufacturing industry in Canada is experiencing significant labor and skills shortages and suggested that manufacturers expand and upskill their current workforce.
